Directions
- 1Make the lemon curd by adding water, sugar, eggs and cornstarch in a saucepan.
- 2Cook over medium heat until it thickens.
- 3Take off heat and add butter.
- 4Refrigerate.
- 5For the cupcake base, mix eggs with sugar.
- 6Add vanilla and melted butter.
- 7Add fromage blanc or crème fraîche.
- 8Add flour, salt and baking powder.
- 9Place the batter in small molds.
- 10Top the cupcake with crème chantilly mascarpone.
- 11Pipe the lemon curd.
- 12Add zest of green lemon.
