Add 1.5 pounds of cooked and drained ground beef to your crockpot.

Top it off with a can of drained pinto beans, a can of drained corn, and a can of Rotel classic.

Add a cup of freshly shredded cheddar cheese.

Add a packet of taco seasoning.

Pour 1.25 cups of water on top.

In a mixing bowl, prepare your favorite cornbread mix according to the package instructions.

Pour cornbread mix over the ingredients in the crockpot.

Give everything a really good stir.

Put the lid on and set it on low for 3 to 4 hours.

After 3 hours, take the lid off and do the toothpick test.

If it passes, cut a piece out of the middle and put it on a plate.

Grab a fork and scoop up a big ol' bite.
