Directions

  1. 1Season the beef with salt and pepper, then sear on a hot skillet until browned
  2. 2Add in onions, garlic, rosemary, butter and beef stock
  3. 3Cover and roast in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, then another 30 minutes uncovered

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 rosemary spring
  • 1 cup onions
