Directions

  1. 1Cut the potatoes into fries.
  2. 2Add the fries to a bowl of cold water for about 30 minutes.
  3. 3Drain the potatoes and dry them with a towel.
  4. 4Add sea salt to the fries.
  5. 5Spray fries with nonstick cooking spray and add garlic powder. Toss to combine.
  6. 6Add fries to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  7. 7Bake at 450°F for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
