Directions

  1. 1Fry the garlic, chili, and shallots until golden and crisp.
  2. 2Strain and save the crunchy bits.
  3. 3Reheat the infused oil and pour it over a spice mix of soy, salt, MSG, peppercorn, and star anise.
  4. 4Lightly stretch out the bread.
  5. 5Cover the bread in oil.
  6. 6Roast the bread until puffed and cover it in flaky salt.
  7. 7Combine yogurt, confit garlic, and dill.
  8. 8Spoon the yogurt into a pan.
  9. 9Top with poached eggs.
  10. 10Spoon brown butter and crispy chili oil all over.
  11. 11Garnish with lots of chopped herbs.
  12. 12Finish with some Guindilla peppers.
  13. 13Serve with flatbread, dip in, and enjoy.
