Add salt to taste, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 cup yogurt to the chicken.
Mix the ingredients well until the chicken is fully coated and red in color.
Marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Reduce the flame to low and cook until the chicken is done.
Turn off the flame once the chicken is cooked.
For the white sauce, melt 1-2 tbsp butter in a separate pot.
Add 1 tbsp all-purpose flour to the melted butter and stir continuously for 1 minute until it forms a paste.
Gradually add 1.5 cups of milk to the mixture while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp dried oregano leaves, and 1/2 tsp dried parsley leaves to the sauce.
Cook the sauce until it reaches the desired thickness.
Turn off the flame once the sauce is thick.
Place the cooked chicken on a hot sizzler pan.
Pour the prepared white sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken and white sauce.
Garnish with some coriander leaves.
Cover the pan and cook on low flame until the cheese melts completely.
