Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. 2Melt 1 stick of butter and pour into your baking dish.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. 4Add buttermilk, vanilla, and butter and mix until just combined.
  5. 5Toss blueberries with sugar and flour, then gently fold into the batter.
  6. 6Spread batter evenly into the buttered pan and finish with some additional berries and a sprinkle of sugar.
  7. 7Bake until golden and bubbly.
  8. 8Mix all glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm biscuits.

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cup buttermilk, room temp
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
