Ingredients
400 g Fat Free Milk
40 g Monk Fruit sweetener
5 g vanilla extract
1 g salt
1 g xanthan gum
3 Oreo Thins
Equipment
Ninja Creami ice cream maker
Tips
Xanthan gum is 100 times better than Jello pudding mix for this recipe.
If the ice cream is crumbly after the first spin, scrape down the sides and respin.
Make a hole down the center before adding mix-ins.
Run it on the mix-in setting for best results.
This recipe tastes as good as, if not better than, the Oreo McFlurry from McDonald's and has 1/3 the calories and double the protein for the entire pint, allowing you to eat it every night and still stay on track with your fitness goals.
