Directions
- 1Combine flour, chopped walnuts, and salt in a bowl and mix.
- 2In a separate bowl, cream together butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 3Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- 4Scoop the dough and roll it into small balls.
- 5Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Bake in the oven for a few minutes until lightly golden.
- 7Once out of the oven and still warm, fully coat the cookies in powdered sugar.
