1Combine 125g of salted butter, 100g of light brown sugar and 75g of granulated sugar using an electric whisk.
2Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 medium egg, whisk again until fully combined.
3Add 300g of plain flour, 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder, 0.5 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix using a spatula until a dough is formed.
4Chop 100g of Kinder chocolate into small pieces.
5Add 100g of milk chocolate chips, 100g of white chocolate chips and the chopped Kinder chocolate to the dough. Combine using a spatula.
6Weigh the cookie dough and divide it into 8 equal portions.
7Flatten each cookie dough ball slightly, add a teaspoon of hazelnut spread to the center, and roll it back into a ball.
8Freeze the cookie dough balls for 30 minutes or refrigerate for an hour.
9Place the cookie dough balls onto a baking tray.
10Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 10-12 minutes.
11Drizzle extra melted hazelnut spread over the warm cookies.
12Sprinkle chopped Kinder chocolate pieces over the cookies while they are still hot.
13Leave the cookies to cool for about 10 minutes.
