2Add one packet of caramel pudding gradually while mixing.
3Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate or freeze for 5 minutes.
4Crush 2 packets of Candi or Oreo biscuits using a food processor or zip lock bag.
5Set aside 3 tablespoons of crushed biscuits for garnish.
6Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted butter to the crushed biscuits and mix well.
7Press the mixture into the base of a glass dish and freeze for 5 minutes to set.
8In a blender jug, add the cooled caramel pudding mixture, 4-5 tablespoons of tetra pak cream, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder and 1/4 cup of cold milk.
9Blend until smooth.
10Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
11In a bowl, mix the leftover cream with 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder and 2-3 tablespoons of melted milk chocolate.
12Beat for 1 minute until smooth.
13Pour over the pudding layer and spread evenly.
14Drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted milk chocolate over the top and garnish with the reserved crushed biscuits and some milk chocolate pieces.
15Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight before serving.
