Directions
- 1Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to the instructions on the box and bake in the oven.

- 3Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, cream, and vanilla extract together.
- 4Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then add the cheese mixture and mix.
- 5In a serving dish, add the white mixture and sprinkle with coconut.
- 6Arrange the cake pieces and pour the berry juice.
- 7Add a layer of berry sauce, then another layer of cake.
- 8Finally, cover with the white mixture, garnish with coconut, and any remaining berries.
- 9Refrigerate the cake for a full day.
