1Marinate 10 chicken wings with chicken seasoning or salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2Mix together 3 tbsp sweetened fish sauce (or 1 tbsp fish sauce if not available), 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tsp chicken seasoning, black pepper, and 3 tbsp water to create the sauce.
3Air fry the wings at 370°F for 20 minutes.
4Flip the wings halfway through the initial air frying.
5Raise the air fryer temperature to 400°F and cook for another 6 minutes per side until crispy.
6In a pan, heat a little oil.
7Sauté minced garlic in the pan.
8Pour in the prepared sauce.
9Let the sauce simmer.
10Toss in the cooked wings and coat them well with the sauce.
