Directions

  1. 1알배추 잎을 따서 끓는물에 약 10초간 담궜다 빼주세요
  2. 2당근, 양파, 대파, 마늘 다져서 준비
  3. 3두부는 물기를 꼭 짜서 준비
  4. 4참치는 기름 빼서 준비
  5. 5두부와 참치, 다진 재료 다 넣고 소금, 후추 갈갈 하고 진간장 1/2T, 참기름 1T 넣고 잘 섞어 소를 만들어 주세요
  6. 6데쳐둔 배추에 소를 넣고 돌돌말아 주세요
  7. 7찜기에 약 10분 쪄내면 완성

  • 1 T 참기름
