Directions

  1. 1Peel the cucumber.
  2. 2Cut the cucumber in half.
  3. 3Remove the seeds and put aside.
  4. 4Add tuna to the pulp of the cucumber.
  5. 5Add mayonnaise.
  6. 6Add chives.
  7. 7Add shallots.
  8. 8Add salt and pepper.
  9. 9Mix all ingredients together.
  10. 10Fill the cucumber halves with the preparation.
  11. 11Place in the fridge for half an hour to cool.

  • 1 small box tuna
  • 1 soup spoon mayonnaise
  • pinch chives
  • 1 small shallot
  • salt
  • pepper
