Directions

  1. 1Empty two yogurts into a bowl.
  2. 2Add 60 gr of sugar.
  3. 3Crack four eggs into the bowl.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients using a hand mixer.
  5. 5Add 200 gr of melted dark chocolate.
  6. 6Mix again with the hand mixer.
  7. 7Add 40 gr of cornstarch and mix.
  8. 8Pour the mixture into a baking pan previously covered with baking paper.
  9. 9Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.
  10. 10Melt 100 gr of chocolate and use it to cover the cake.
  11. 11Let the cake cool down and serve.
