Directions
- 1Brown 1 lb of italian sausage in a frying pan and drain the excess fat using paper towels.
- 2Place wonton wrappers into a muffin tin to create little cups.
- 3In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mexican cheese blend, ranch dressing and diced bell pepper.
- 4Add the cooked and drained sausage to the bowl and mix well.
- 5Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
- 6Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
