Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies
Directions
- 1Crack two eggs into a bowl.
- 2Add a half cup of melted unsalted butter, three fourth cup of flour, and one cup of sugar.
- 3Whisk until smooth.
- 4Add three tablespoons of cocoa, a half teaspoon of salt, and one and a half teaspoons of red food colouring.
- 5Mix well.
- 6In another bowl, mix eight ounces of room temperature cream cheese, one third cup of sugar, and one egg.
- 7Pour the cream cheese mixture over the red batter.
- 8Use a chopstick to swirl the batters together.
- 9Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
- 10Let cool and enjoy!
