Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix an egg, 2/3 cup of sugar, and 1/3 cup of oil.
  2. 2Add red food coloring to the mix and stir.
  3. 3Add 1/2 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to the mix and stir.
  4. 4Add 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. 5Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6In a separate bowl, prepare the cream cheese swirl by mixing 4 oz of softened cream cheese, 3 tbsp of sugar, and 2 tbsp of milk.
  7. 7Add the cream cheese mixture to the batter and swirl gently using a wooden stick.
  8. 8Bake the brownies in the oven. (Baking time not specified)
