Oreo Cottage Cheesecake Jars

Directions
- 1Add Oreos to food processor and blend until smooth, remove and set aside.
- 2Blend filling ingredients.
- 3Layer in jars.
- 4Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

- 8 Oreo cookies
- 1.5 cups cottage cheese
- 0.5 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup maple syrup
- 2 cookies
- 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
- vanilla bean paste

Tips
- If your filling turns out a little runny, you probably just over-blended it. Only blend for 12–15 seconds!
- A quick trip to the fridge will thicken it right back up.
