Directions

  1. 1Add Oreos to food processor and blend until smooth, remove and set aside.
  2. 2Blend filling ingredients.
  3. 3Layer in jars.
  4. 4Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

  • 8 Oreo cookies
  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cookies
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • vanilla bean paste

Tips

  • If your filling turns out a little runny, you probably just over-blended it. Only blend for 12–15 seconds!
  • A quick trip to the fridge will thicken it right back up.
