Directions

  1. 1Microwave dark chocolate and butter for 1 minute.
  2. 2Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup caster sugar, and 1/4 cup brown sugar to a bowl.
  3. 3Whisk the ingredients together.
  4. 4Add 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and whisk again.
  5. 5Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl and whisk everything together.
  6. 6Add 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/4 cup black cocoa powder to the bowl.
  7. 7Mix everything together.
  8. 8Pour the mixture into a baking tray.
  9. 9Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175°C.
  10. 10Cut and serve.

  • 0.5 cup caster sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 0.5 cup all purpose flour
