Directions

  1. 1Put four chopped bananas in a blender along with two cups of whole milk.
  2. 2Add two whole eggs to the blender and mix well.
  3. 3Set the banana mixture aside.
  4. 4In a frying pan, make the syrup.
  5. 5Turn the heat on low and add one cup of sugar to the frying pan and spread it out.
  6. 6Stir the sugar until it completely melts and then add 100 milliliters of water little by little while continuing to mix until it melts again.
  7. 7Turn off the stove and transfer all the caramel syrup to a mold, spreading it all over the pan with a spatula.
  8. 8Pour the banana mixture into the pan with the caramel sauce.
  9. 9Take a piece of aluminum foil and cover the pan.
  10. 10Place the pan inside a larger pan and fill it halfway with hot water. Then add a little bit of vinegar to prevent the pan from darkening.
  11. 11Put the pan in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
  12. 12After the cooking time, let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour before unmolding.
