Directions
- 1Warm the milk, sugar and salt in a pan.
- 2Slowly pour the milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly.
- 3Add the mixture back into the pan and heat until the mixture thickens, coating the back of a spoon.
- 4Pour the milk mix over the chopped white chocolate and mix until combined.
- 5Stir in the cream and mix.
- 6Freeze in your ice cream machine.
