Directions

  1. 1Warm the milk, sugar and salt in a pan.
  2. 2Slowly pour the milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly.
  3. 3Add the mixture back into the pan and heat until the mixture thickens, coating the back of a spoon.
  4. 4Pour the milk mix over the chopped white chocolate and mix until combined.
  5. 5Stir in the cream and mix.
  6. 6Freeze in your ice cream machine.

Ingredients

  • 240 g whole milk
  • 120 g caster sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 480 g cream
  • 230 g white chocolate
