Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions

  1. 1Mix together all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and baking soda.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Add two eggs to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until incorporated.
  4. 4Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. 5Stir in chocolate chips or chunks, chopped toasted walnuts, and crushed potato chips.
  6. 6Lightly sprinkle kosher salt onto a baking sheet.
  7. 7Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. 8Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes, or until underbaked to your preference.
  9. 9Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet until they can be easily picked up.

Tips
