Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in chocolate chips or chunks, chopped toasted walnuts, and crushed potato chips.

Lightly sprinkle kosher salt onto a baking sheet.

Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes, or until underbaked to your preference.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet until they can be easily picked up.

Tips
