Directions

  1. 1Rinse the beans thoroughly.
  2. 2Add about a fourth of a cup of peanut butter to the beans.
  3. 3Add sweetener (maple syrup in this case).
  4. 4Add vanilla extract; about 3 teaspoons.
  5. 5Add a pinch of salt.
  6. 6Add milk or cream to help blend.
  7. 7Blend the mixture.
  8. 8Add another scoop of peanut butter to the mixture in the bowl.
  9. 9Mix well.
  10. 10Add dark chocolate chips.
  11. 11Mix well again and put in the fridge.

  • 0.25 cup peanut butter
  • 1 maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch celtic sea salt
  • 1 milk or cream
  • 1 dark chocolate chips
