Directions
- 1将10个鸡蛋的蛋清和蛋黄分离。
- 2将100克玉米油倒入100克牛奶中，搅拌至充分乳化。
- 3筛入120克低粉混合均匀。
- 4加入10个蛋黄，Z字形搅拌均匀。
- 5将10个蛋清倒入搅拌碗中，挤入少许柠檬汁。
- 6分3次加入100克细砂糖，打发至小弯钩状态。
- 7将1/3的蛋白放入蛋黄糊中拌匀。
- 8拌匀后倒入蛋白霜中拌匀。
- 9倒入烤盘中，烤箱提前预热150度，烘烤30分钟。
- 10将200克淡奶油和20克细砂糖打发至纹路清晰。
- 11用盒子压出蛋糕胚。
- 12在杯中放入蛋糕胚、奶油、水果和奶油层层叠加。
- 13在蛋糕表面进行装饰。
