Directions

  1. 1在大碗里加入面粉、酵母、糖、鸡蛋和牛奶。
  2. 2充分搅拌均匀，搅成酸奶状。
  3. 3盖盖醒发至两倍大。
  4. 4醒发好后，再加10克油搅拌均匀。
  5. 5早餐锅里不用放油，舀一勺面糊。
  6. 6轻轻转动锅摊平，全程开小火煎。
  7. 7煎到底部金黄翻面煎，一张大约煎4分钟左右就熟了。
  8. 8在煎好的饼上放上蓝莓果酱。
  9. 9用勺子抹平整。
  10. 10从一头卷起来。
  11. 11卷好以后切成小段。

  • 1 个 鸡蛋
  • 120 克 牛奶
  • 10 克 油
  • 蓝莓果酱
