2Pour boiling sugar water into 100g glutinous rice flour and mix well.
3Gradually add ~50g of additional glutinous rice flour until a soft dough forms.
4Roll dough into 30g pieces and wrap 5g of red bean paste inside each.
5Coat the balls in a mixture of water and glutinous rice flour, then fully coat in sesame seeds.
6Heat oil to ~120 degrees and drop in sesame balls, frying on low heat and continuously stirring for 10-12 minutes until they float, expand, and turn a light golden brown.
