Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls

Directions
- 1Melt butter in a pan.
- 2Add peaches, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, peach crown, lemon juice, and corn starch.
- 3Stir the ingredients until combined.
- 4Add water to the edges of the egg roll wrapper.
- 5Add the peach cobbler filling to the center of the wrapper.
- 6Fold the egg roll.
- 7Heat vegetable oil in a pot.
- 8Place egg rolls in the oil and fry until golden.
- 9Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- 10Place fried egg rolls in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- 11Plate the egg rolls with vanilla ice cream and caramel sundae syrup.
