Directions
- 1Prepare the meat mixture by mixing minced meat, chopped onion, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
- 2Spread the meat mixture in an oiled baking dish.
- 3In a pan, saute sliced mushrooms with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 4Add cooking cream to the mushrooms and stir.
- 5Pour the mushroom sauce over the meat mixture in the baking dish.
- 6Add slices of gouda cheese over the mushroom sauce.
- 7Top with mashed potatoes.
- 8Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the mashed potatoes.
- 9Bake for 10 minutes, then let it brown.

- 1 handful بقدونس
- 1 tsp ثوم باودر
- 1 tsp بابريكا
- 1 pinch ملح
- 1 pinch فلفل اسود
- 1 tbsp زيت زيتون
