Directions
- 1Roll the phyllo dough and slice it into strips.
- 2Separate the dough strips into a bowl.
- 3Add eggs, sugar, cheese, sour cream and raisins to the bowl.
- 4Mix all the ingredients together.
- 5Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper and spread evenly.
- 6Bake until golden brown.
- 7Cut the cake into squares and serve.
