Mix the salmon and marinade thoroughly with a wooden spatula.

Place sliced cucumbers into a bowl lined with paper towels to dry them.

Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, chili garlic crunch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the dried cucumbers.

Cover the bowl with a lid and shake to combine the dressing with the cucumbers.

Tips
Let salmon marinate for at least 10 minutes.
