Honey Garlic Salmon Bowls

Directions

  1. 1Add salmon cubes, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder to a glass bowl.
  2. 2Mix the salmon and marinade thoroughly with a wooden spatula.
  3. 3Slice cucumbers thinly using a mandoline slicer.
  4. 4Place sliced cucumbers into a bowl lined with paper towels to dry them.
  5. 5Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, chili garlic crunch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the dried cucumbers.
  6. 6Cover the bowl with a lid and shake to combine the dressing with the cucumbers.
  7. 7Place the marinated salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  8. 8Place the baking sheet with salmon into the air fryer.
  9. 9Cook the salmon in the air fryer, flipping halfway through and adding extra sauce.
  10. 10Boil water in a saucepan for the rice.
  11. 11Add jasmine rice to the boiling water.
  12. 12Stir the rice and cover the saucepan with a lid.
  13. 13Add rice vinegar, white sugar, and salt to the cooked rice and mix.
  14. 14Place a portion of rice in the center of a serving bowl.
  15. 15Arrange the cooked salmon pieces around the rice.
  16. 16Add the cucumber salad to the serving bowl next to the rice and salmon.
  17. 17Garnish the bowl with chopped green onion and furikake flakes.
  18. 18Serve with dried seaweed snacks on the side.

Tips
