Directions

  1. 1Melt butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
  2. 2Bring to a boil.
  3. 3Add flour and stir vigorously on low heat until a dough is obtained.
  4. 4Transfer the dough to a bowl.
  5. 5Add one and a half eggs little by little and mix.
  6. 6Insert the dough into a piping bag.
  7. 7Grease the waffle iron well before cooking.
  8. 8Put the dough in the waffle iron and cook.
  9. 9Add a stick to the waffle.
  10. 10Cover the waffle with powdered sugar.
  11. 11Serve with chocolate.

  • 1.5 oeuf
