Directions
- 1Cook cabbage with some shallots and oil until it cooks down.
- 2Add rice and Romano cheese to the cabbage mixture.
- 3Add sausage and beef to the mixture.
- 4Add tomato and red sauce to the cabbage mixture.
- 5Add some water to rinse the can out.
- 6Make balls with the meat mixture.
- 7Put the meatballs in the oven.
- 8Cook meatballs for 15 minutes.
- 9Put the cooked meatballs in the sauce.
- 10Dab the cooked meatballs on paper towels to remove excess oil.
