Directions

  1. 1Add chicken breasts to the crock pot.
  2. 2Season the chicken breasts with smoked onion seasoning, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. 3Pour an 18-ounce bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce over the chicken.
  4. 4Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  5. 5Shred the cooked chicken with two forks.
  6. 6Stir the shredded chicken with the sauce.
  7. 7Place slices of provolone cheese on top of the shredded chicken.
  8. 8Cover and let sit for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. 9Serve the cheesy barbecue chicken on a brioche bun with French fries.
