Directions

  1. 1Pour two cans of Mexican Corn into a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add 8oz of sour cream to the corn.
  3. 3Add an equal amount of mayonnaise to the mixture.
  4. 4Add a spoonful of chopped chile.
  5. 5Add a spoonful of jalapeño peppers.
  6. 6Season with pepper to taste.
  7. 7Mix all the ingredients together.
  8. 8Add your desired amount of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  9. 9Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  10. 10Refrigerate the dip before serving.

  • 2 cans Mexican Corn
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • equal amount Mayonnaise
  • 1 spoonful Chopped Chile
  • 1 spoonful Jalapeño Peppers
  • Pepper
  • however much you'd like Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
