- 8Add pieces of ham on top of the mozzarella.
- 9Sprinkle cut pineapple chunks over the ham and cheese.
- 10Place the pizza toast back into the oven under the grill to melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
- 11Remove the finished pizza toast from the oven.
- 12Serve the pizza toast on plates.
- 13Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- 14Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top.
