Directions
- 1Cook 1 lb of ground meat and 1 lb of Italian sausage in a pot.
- 2Add 1 small red pepper diced small, 1 small green pepper diced small, 1 small yellow onion diced small, and 8 minced garlic cloves to the pot.
- 3Stir the ingredients together.
- 4Pour a 25oz jar of pasta sauce and a 28oz can of diced tomatoes into the pot.
- 5Add 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tsps salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsps Italian seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsps sugar, and 2 tbsps chopped basil to the pot.
- 6Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
