2
Season the chicken with rotisserie chicken seasoning and garlic and herb seasoning.
3
Add a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch to the seasoned chicken and mix.
4
Add a little bit of oil and about three tablespoons of butter to a skillet and heat.
5
Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook for about six minutes total, flipping after three minutes, until golden.
6
Remove the cooked chicken and set it aside in a separate bowl.
7
Add a few tablespoons of butter to the skillet and once melted, add a diced onion.
8
Once the onions are translucent, add about 16 ounces of mushrooms.
9
Add a few tablespoons of minced garlic and some more seasoning towards the end of cooking the mushrooms.
10
Add 1 pound of pasta and one carton of chicken broth to the skillet with the mushrooms.
11
Bring to a boil and cook for about eight minutes until the noodles are cooked through and the liquid is absorbed.
12
Turn the heat to low and add a half of a cup of heavy cream and a half of a cup of shredded parmesan cheese.
13
Mix until everything is melted.
14
Add three heaping tablespoons of pesto (if desired).
