Directions

  1. 1Start by browning some ground beef.
  2. 2Season the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, and paprika.
  3. 3Once cooked through, set the ground beef to the side.
  4. 4In the same pan, sauté chopped onion, carrot, celery, and garlic in olive oil.
  5. 5Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  6. 6Add in chopped tomatoes and zucchini.
  7. 7Add in tomato paste and let it cook out for a few minutes.
  8. 8Pour in the broth/stock.
  9. 9Bring the mixture to a bubble, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
  10. 10While the sauce simmers, cook up your pasta in a separate pot.
  11. 11Blend up the cooked vegetables to create a smooth sauce.
  12. 12Finish off the sauce by stirring in heavy cream.
  13. 13Add the cooked ground beef back into the sauce.
  14. 14Finally, add some grated cheddar cheese and stir until nice and smooth.
  15. 15Add in your cooked pasta and stir to combine.

  • Parmesan
