Directions

  1. 1Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles until al dente.
  2. 2In a skillet, add butter and heavy cream.
  3. 3Melt down some cream cheese.
  4. 4Add seasonings and parmesan.
  5. 5Add the cooked noodles and mix.

  • 1 lb Fettuccine
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmigiana
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated pecorino romano
