Hearty Vegetable Bean Soup
Directions
- 1Add olive oil to a pot.
- 2Add minced garlic, diced celery, diced carrots, and diced yellow onion to the pot.
- 3Add salt and pepper.
- 4Add broth.
- 5Add kidney beans and white beans.
- 6Add green beans and zucchini.
- 7Add pasta.
- 8Add kale.
- 9Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- 10Serve in a bowl.

- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp paprika
