1In preheated wok or non-stick skillet, add neutral oil, garlic, green onions, and crushed peppers, then sauté until fragrant.
2Add in your ground beef and cook until brown in color, for about 5-7 minutes.
3In a large bowl or measuring cup, add in your sugar, beef broth, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, corn starch, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and sesame oil. Stir really well and make sure there are no clumps of corn starch.
4Add the sauce mixture to the cooked meat and stir until dark in color and thick.
5Serve over white rice. Add your garnish and enjoy!
