Directions

  1. 1Mix 1 box red lobster biscuit mix with 1 pound of ground beef.
  2. 2Mix in 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. 3Form the mixture into 1 1/2-2 inch balls.
  4. 4Place the balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  5. 5Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  6. 6Take the balls out of the oven and drain them on paper towels.
  7. 7Make the garlic butter mixture that came with the biscuits and spread it on each burger bite.
  8. 8Serve with your favorite burger sauce.

  • 1 box Red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
