Spooky Marrow Dish
Directions
- 1Place the carrots on a foil and add olive oil.
- 2Add rosemary, sliced shallots, and butter.
- 3Roast until slightly soft to touch.
- 4Cut the carrot in half, then hollow out the center.
- 5Blend the leftover pieces of the carrots with seasoned olive oil and butter, feta, crème fraîche, garlic, and shallots.
- 6Brush hollowed out carrots with more of that seasoned butter.
- 7Pipe the filling inside of the carrots.
- 8Use a culinary torch to give it color.
- 9Add fresh dill, pink flakey salt, pink peppercorns, and more of that delicous feta cheese.
