Star-Crossed Garlic Jacket Potato
Directions
- 1Preheat oven. Wash and scrub a potato.
- 2Rub the potato with olive oil and salt.
- 3Cut the potato into a star shape.
- 4Bake the potato in the oven until almost cooked.
- 5Mix cooked garlic, butter, and parsley.
- 6Blend feta or cream cheese until smooth.
- 7Fill the potato with the blended cheese.
- 8Pour the garlic, butter, and parsley mixture over the potato.
- 9Bake again until golden brown.
