2Add the chicken to a bowl with Greek yogurt, tandoori curry powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, garlic puree, salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon, and a few drops of red food coloring (optional), and mix until the chicken is coated.
3Air fry the chicken for 12-14 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until cooked through.
4Dice the cherry tomatoes and chop the fresh coriander to make a coriander and tomato salsa.
5Assemble your sliders by placing the bottom halves of brioche baps in an oven-proof dish, then add mozzarella slices.
6Top with the cooked tandoori chicken.
7Add the coriander and tomato salsa on top of the chicken.
8Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
9Brush the tops of the buns with garlic butter.
10Air fry for 3-4 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until the cheese is melted.
