Directions
- 1Faire chauffer de l'eau dans une casserole avec un bouillon de volaille.
- 2Dès que l'eau bout, ajouter les nouilles et les faire cuire pendant 2-3 minutes.
- 3Mettre les nouilles cuites dans un bol.
- 4Ajouter un peu de sauce soja sucrée, du poivre, du piment doux et un petit peu de curry aux nouilles.
- 5Mélanger bien le tout.
- 6Ajouter des morceaux de poulet rôti.
- 7Ajouter un jaune d'œuf au centre.
- 8Ajouter un peu de sésame pour finir.
