Directions
- 1Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- 2Heat butter in a pan and sear chicken on both sides until golden (not fully cooked).
- 3Remove chicken and set aside.
- 4In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- 5Add cream and chicken broth, mix and simmer until slightly thick.
- 6Stir in Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
- 7Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
- 8Top with mozzarella cheese.
- 9Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and cooked through.
- 10Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
