Directions

  1. 1Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Heat butter in a pan and sear chicken on both sides until golden (not fully cooked).
  3. 3Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. 4In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. 5Add cream and chicken broth, mix and simmer until slightly thick.
  6. 6Stir in Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
  7. 7Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
  8. 8Top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. 9Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and cooked through.
  10. 10Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
