Directions

  1. 1Serve the roasted broccoli cheddar soup into a bowl.
  2. 2Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the soup.
  3. 3Cut the broccoli into small pieces.

  • 2 TBSP chicken bouillon

Tips

  • Roast your broccoli in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 400°F before adding to the soup for extra flavor.
